Anyone can rent a meeting or conference room at Lynnfield Business Hub (LBH) — regardless of if you rent a physical or virtual office.
For office renters:
Those who rent a physical or virtual office from LBH have complementary meeting room hours built in to their contract.

For visitors:
Those who do not have a contract with LBH can rent a meeting room at a flat rate of $250 or $150 per day, depending on the space. A portion of the meeting room fee must be paid upon reservation of the space. Please call or email our front desk to reserve a meeting space today!

Private day office
Rent a private, fully furnished, day office for $150 for eight hour access. Each office fits up to three people and is perfect for interviews and to get work done in a professional space.
Book at $250 for eight hour access. Additional hours available at $20 per hour.
